Intro: 21 Days of Prayer 2024
Welcome to our 21-day journey of intentional, church-wide prayer. This year, we will be using the Lord’s Prayer as a model for our daily prayers, one phrase at a time, starting August 5th, 2024.
If you’ve signed up for the daily text messages (click here to sign up), each morning at 5am you’ll receive a link to the prayer prompt for the day. We’ll look at a single phrase of the Lord’s Prayer, as well as some Scripture, and then let that guide our prayer for the day.
Some people will complete this daily habit in 3 minutes. Some people will choose to linger in prayer longer. It’s completely up to you for what helps you connect with Jesus best.
But each day, we will pause to pray, and then end our time with the three most important questions for every Jesus follower.
The 3 Most Important Questions for Every Jesus Follower
- What is God saying to me from this prayer time? What is standing out?
- What is God inviting me to do in response? How can I take a small step in following Jesus in this way this week?
- Who is God putting on my heart to share this with? How can I reach out to them today?
I’m excited to be on this journey with you as we continue to learn how to spend time with Jesus so that he can transform us to become more and more like him!
