Day 4: DEPEND ON HIM FOR EVERYTHING
“…GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD…”
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
Matthew 7:7-8 NIV
God promises to supply all our needs, and He wants us to trust Him to provide.
Ask God for what you need today. Bring your requests to Him, and trust Him enough to hand them over to Him fully. It may help to open your hands before God to physically show your surrender to Him. Problems can either be ours or God’s; they can’t be both.

End your time with the 3 most important questions for every Jesus follower:
- What is God saying to me from this prayer time? What is standing out?
- What is God inviting me to do in response? How can I take a small step in following Jesus in this way this week?
- Who is God putting on my heart to share this with? How can I reach out to them today?
Closing Prayer
Father, help me to live this day to the full, being true to You, in every way.
Jesus, help me to give myself away to others, being kind to everyone I meet.
Spirit, help me to love the lost, proclaiming Christ in all I do and say.
