Are you organized, personable, and passionate about helping people feel connected?
New Life Lutheran Church is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our mission of helping individuals and families become transformed by Jesus by providing excellent administrative support, clear communication, and a welcoming presence.

You’ll help us expand our connections and touchpoints with the congregation through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring everyone feels supported and engaged.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet visitors, members, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate church building usage and manage calendars for events and activities.
  • Maintain communication through weekly bulletins, newsletters, and community updates.
  • Track attendance and help facilitate member engagement and follow-up.
  • Assist with pastoral care and communication workflows to support the congregation.

  • A strong communicator with relational skills to engage with people of all backgrounds.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Schedule and Benefits
  • 26 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
  • Includes paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience.
