Drew Williams
Pastor Drew is passionate about Jesus and reaching every person with the good news of the the Gospel. Serving as the Head Pastor of New Life, Drew leads the staff and leadership team in visioning, discipleship strategy, outreach excellence, and legacy development. Drew loves to help people discover their next step in following Jesus, and nothing excites him more than helping others grow in their leadership.
Outside of his pastoral duties, Drew joins the work of Jesus in the community by hosting a business leadership cohort, developing community service opportunities, and coaching youth sports.
A new local to the Sauk Valley, Drew hosts the Sauk Valley Spotlight Podcast (saukvalleyspotlight.com), where he chats with locals, business owners, and civic leaders about the opportunities and challenges that face our area, as well as looking for solutions that help more people experience hope and joy.
Drew also serves alongside other local clergy in overseeing Sauk Valley Together (saukvalleytogether.com), a collaboration between the Sterling/Rock Falls Community Clergy and the Dixon Area Community Ministerial Association. Sauk Valley Together creates opportunities for partnerships across the body of Christ in the Sauk Valley to help people grow in their apprenticeship to Jesus, serve our area, and reach those not connected to a church family.
When Pastor Drew is not at work, he loves to grill delicious food, hang out with his family, and spend quiet moments with a book.
